Foreign Companies Registration

The office of foreign company’s registration is responsible for the acceptance of foreign company’s requests in order to operate inside the territory located under jurisdiction of Mogadishu local government.

The office has the responsibility to protect and refuse acceptance for those companies who can harm the city – environment or otherwise.

Key functions of this department include:

1. Receive the requests of foreign companies
2. Control the documents submitted by the companies
3. Fully understand the objectives and activities of the companies
4. Keep the documents and time allowed to operate
5. Produce certificate of registration
6. Supervise and monitor the operations of the companies
